ONEOK Energy Services Company, LP provides physical and financial energy products and services to wholesale and retail customers throughout the United States and Canada. Our custom-fit approach has earned us the distinction of being a company that provides commodity-diverse products and services designed to meet each customer's needs. • We lease 1 billion cubic feet per day of firm gas transportation capacity.
  
• We lease 82.5 billion cubic feet of gas storage capacity.
  
• We moved 2.7 billion cubic feet of gas per day during 2003.

The predominant core of ONEOK Energy Services' leased physical assets resides in Oklahoma, Texas and Kansas. However, this core asset position also links us with "hub- and-spoke" systems in Canada, the Rockies and Chicago, which expands our customer base and enhances our ability to optimize and capture value imbedded in price volatility between regional markets.

Power-related products and services are dependent on our Spring Creek plant, a 300 Megawatt peaking facility, located in the SPP region; and the Big Spring plant, a 212 Megawatt cogeneration facility located in ERCOT (west zone). The unique operational capabilities of these facilities allow for short-notice and flexible schedules to be met, which complements our product offerings and marketing philosophy.

In 2003, utilizing ONEOK’s corporate credit rating (S&P A-), ONEOK Energy Services expanded its storage and transport positions in the Southeast Region; added a Canadian supply, storage and transport position to our upper Midwest Region and provided commercial management services to three power generators located inside ONEOK Energy Services' geographic asset footprint. These expansion initiatives evolved through a careful and continuous strategic planning process. Looking ahead, our 2004 growth plan follows this same evaluative process and will focus on further development of markets and supply in Canada, the Rockies, the Southeast, the Northwest, and into the Northeast region of the US.
